What is coaching?
Coaching is a modality of personal development that is a safe place for you to be transparent, work through obstacles, and explore all aspects of yourself with the purpose of living the life you desire and deserve. Together we will explore your dreams, goals, shift behaviors and limiting mindsets so that ultimately you arrive at a conscious shift regarding who you are and how you transform your life.A common question I often receive is “what is the difference between coaching and therapy?”. The best way to make this distinction is through this metaphor:
“a therapist is someone you bring your luggage to and she helps you open it up and decipher the contents; a coach is someone you bring your luggage to and, without opening it, she helps you carry it across the street”
